The art of connecting
It is our pleasure to invite you to the Polymer Innovation Day 2012. The pace of progress in the world of polymers is accelerating rapidly. At the same time, there is enormous pressure from society for more sustainable products. The task facing us is to develop new technological solutions and grasp new market opportunities. The secret to success lies in collaboration, the willingness to share knowledge with others. Collaboration is not easy, whether it is with companies or universities, with niche players or global operators, with partners in your country or elsewhere, with government support or without, for profit or otherwise. But together you are stronger. At the Polymer Innovation Day 2012, companies and knowledge institutes will share their experience in 'the art of connecting' and you will have the opportunity to share your own knowledge and experience and learn from others during the market and interactive workshops.

DPI Value Centre
DPI Value Centre is an independent foundation supporting companies with their innovations in the field of polymers. With the support of our network of partners in the manufacturing industry and the research community (multinationals, SMEs and knowledge institutes), we can work with you in finding a solution to your topic. Our experts can provide advice on polymers, but also on a wide range of other disciplines, from product and process development to marketing, patents, finance and grants. Thanks to our close ties with DPI we are constantly aware of opportunities in the polymer sector.
Dutch Polymer Institute (DPI)
DPI was founded in 1997 as Technological Top Institute, linking scientific knowledge in the area of polymers to the industrial demand for innovation. DPI research offers added value to universities as well as trade & industry and, this way, contributes to the economic developments in the Netherlands. Universities benefit from the scientific publications and trade & industry reap the rewards of intellectual property and the possibilities to develop new activities. Around 200 researchers are currently involved in DPI projects in almost 50 knowledge institutions around the world. 35 national and international organisations participate in DPI research. www.polymers.nl
